What to check before renting by the week
- How much does it cost per week?
- The table above shows the weekly price, the deposit and the miles included for each vehicle, as of today. Sales tax is added; nothing else is charged unless you ride past your miles, bring it back late, or owe a toll or a ticket.
- Can I use it for delivery work?
- Yes. Check that your delivery app accepts a scooter or an e-bike in your zone. The 49cc scooter needs your driver's license; the e-bike does not.
- How many miles are included?
- Each week includes the miles shown in the table, and the most anyone may ride is 800 miles a week. Every week we ask for your odometer reading: a photo of the odometer is best.
- Who looks after the servicing?
- We do. The scooter needs an oil and filter service every 800 miles: tell us when you get close and bring it in. Riding past a service damages the engine and is charged.
- What if it breaks down?
- Call us. Repairs covered by the rental are ours, and you get another scooter while yours is in.
- How do I keep it for another week?
- Ask us before the end date and we extend it. Your booking keeps its reference.
- When do I get the deposit back?
- It is released 7 business days after you bring the vehicle back, less anything owed.
